Join us for an intimate wine dinner hosted by the owner of Provenance Wines, exploring the elegance of Victoria’s cool-climate vineyards. From the southern reaches of Henty to Geelong and Macedon, discover how site, soil, and climate shape wines of purity, balance, and natural freshness.
Each course at Bask will be thoughtfully paired with Provenance wines, showcasing pristine fruit, refined structure, and the distinctive terroir of one of Australia’s coolest wine regions. Expect stories from the vineyard, insight into winemaking philosophy, and a deep dive into Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and more—guided by the person behind the label.
